ALC board is a new environmental protection materials for light steel structure building. it can be used for roof, internal and external wall, floor in a steel structure building.
the common thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm for different climate and request.
As a new type of building system, steel structure construction is widely used in workshop, warehouse, farm, factory, showroom and so on. Steel construction is formed by the main steel framework composing of H-section, Z-section, and U-section steel components, roof and walls using ALC panels and other components such as windows and doors. The biggest advantage is saving the building cost and time.
Four characteristics of multi-layer steel structure:
1. The material has high strength and light weight, and its density to yield strength ratio is relatively low compared to concrete and wood.
2. Steel has toughness, good plasticity, uniform material, high structural reliability, and is suitable for withstanding impact and dynamic loads, with good seismic performance.
3. Good sealing performance. Due to the welded structure, it can be completely sealed, making it a high-pressure vessel with good air tightness and water tightness.
4. Low carbon, energy saving, green and environmentally friendly, reusable. The demolition of steel structure buildings hardly generates construction waste, and steel can be recycled.
