ALC panel called Autoclaved Aerated Concrete panel, is a new type eco-friendly lightweight porous building, which is steel mesh reinforced, lightweight and loadbearing.
It is made by Sand or fly ash, lime, gypsum, cement and aluminium paste. The production processing is from materials batching and pouring, 2.5 hours pre-curing in 45℃ room, size cutting, 10 hours 1.3MPa and 190℃ steam curing in autoclaves.
ALC lightweight partition board features: high weight, excellent thermal insulation performance (self insulation), good sound insulation, excellent fire resistance, durability, good frost resistance, good impermeability, good water softening, green environmental protection materials, diverse varieties, good decoration, fast installation, and excellent technical properties such as sound insulation, fire resistance, durability, frost resistance, impermeability, water softening, decoration, and non radioactivity, As a prominent function of the three board system in steel structures. A new concept of "follow up" node construction has been introduced in the installation to provide a scientific seismic mechanism and industrialized installation function. ALC plate is a kind of excellent energy-saving and seismic envelope material for steel structures.
