The surface of the spiral ring is welded with several semi cones, and the direction of the tip of the semi cones is the downward extension direction of the central axis of the spiral ring. The semi cones pointing downwards can provide greater pressure during screwing in, making the screwing in smoother. When pulling out, the bottom surface of the semi cones plays a blocking role and has stronger resistance to pulling out.
As a new type of foundation technology, it has the characteristics of simple installation, convenience, short construction period, low dependence on water resources, minimal impact from environmental changes, no damage to natural soil environment, easy recovery, and migration. Its application scope is gradually expanding.

How many years can a spiral pile that has been screwed in exist? Will it corrode quickly? This concern is completely unnecessary. Firstly, the spiral pile is screwed into the soil and in close contact with the soil. There is very little air present between them, and without oxygen, iron will not oxidize, resulting in very low natural losses. Secondly, the spiral piles designed by Yichen Company use hot-dip galvanizing technology, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Even after 75 years of underground use, they still have good performance.
